Tim bags the Best Male Artist gong at the 1999 Music Industry Critics' Association Awards, held in Adelaide. He also collects the Best Australian Group award on behalf of his band-mates in You Am I. The highlight of this package however is a unique version of "Heavy Heart" which Tim performs solo with electric guitar. This is followed by a somewhat flirty interview with the vivacious Leah McLeod.
