The 1995 ARIA Awards were held at the Darling Harbour Convention Centre in Sydney, sensibly shifted closer to the end-of-year. You Am I scored once again with Best Alternative Release for Hi Fi Way, though big winners on the night were silverchair.
Tim joined the Newcastle trio to close the show with a rousing performance of Radio Birdman's 'New Race', though he had to struggle through after breaking a couple of guitar strings early on.
