This is a strange one - it's from the 1996 ARIA Awards after-party but that's about all that can be determined. It appears to be two guys called Bernie and Ross, who are roving reporters for something called "The Hard Eye", possibly a segment from a longer programme. Ross and Bernie wander around interviewing various figures from the music scene in a comedy style. The source might be either ABC or SBS by the look of it, or possibly a pay TV network.

As for You Am I content, there's a brief interview with Tim, and a few snippets of You Am I's acceptance speech and performance of "I'll Make You Happy", which closed the show.
